Le Prince de Kroy-Wen, 2018

[ENG] I tried myself to the 23hBD challenge, which forces you to write and draw 24 comicbook pages in 23 hours. Hope you like the result (in french, sorry)


[FR] Pour les 23hBD 2018, il fallait écrire et dessiner 24 planches en 23 heures. J'ai repris mon vieux concept du Prince de Kroy-Wen pour l'occasion.

Les 12 premières pages ont été faites en 20 heures, les 24 et 25 mars 2018, je travaille actuellement à produire la suite. Il est loin le temps où j'étais en forme après une nuit blanche mais je suis fier d'avoir réussi à faire ces pages en un temps si réduit...

Inktober : Ghost Busters & Faith

Two new Inktober 360 degree drawings. One, starring Slimmer from Ghost Busters, I did verrrryyyy quickly because time was scarce. The other one is quite unusual as I tried to do a comicstrip in Virtual Reality. It's a short scene I imagined around the theme "Fat", featuring Valiant Publishing superhero woman "Faith."

Inktober: Silver Surfer and Galactus in all Virtual Reality glory !(360 degree illustration)

Inktober #10 has for theme... gigantic.
Well, let me tell you something, I've wanted to do Galactus in a 360 degree drawing for AGES. So, guess what? I did it! A four hour work and one of my dream comes true: I can know spend time with my virtual galactus. How I wish he could speak!

Keeping up with Inktober and doing Virtual Reality Pictures. You can see the 360 illustrations when clicking on the links! Inktober 2017: Virtual Reality drawings.

I've been doing a LOT of 360 drawings this year, but I can't show them until... Well, until Mickey Mouse decide it's time to show them. Still, here are a few VR (virtual reality) drawings I did for Inktober (one drawing a day). The first two (flash & trump) were quite rushed but i'm quite happy with the Breaking Bad one.

Hospital, Holidays, Hope.

Long time since I posted an update on this blog.

Since last time, I've been at the hospital for a bacterian meningitis. Kind of  got me by surprise and forced me to take some much needed holidays. Went to Wallis for a month (I got to be on TV twice while doing drawings for kids), a Pacific island, and since last month, I'm in Japan, again.

Love that country.

If you're in Osaka, Kyoto or Tokyo, please come and meet me in the next weeks.
I'll be doing appearances at two events : at Crossover (American comic cafe & bar in Osaka) and at 100 Square, in Tokyo.

On y suivra les aventures d'Ari Jog, fils du tout-juste-assassiné dictateur Eelibu Jog.
